Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups crushed strawberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup pectin (1pkg)
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Crush strawberries
  2. Add lemon juice & sugar. Mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk pectin into water in saucepan. Bring to full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Add pectin to strawberries. Stir 3 minutes.
  5. Put into clean jars.
  6. Let stand 24 hours (on counter).
  7. Freeze jars.
